Chief Thompson Fuoye has sent a goodwill message to Elder Godsday Orubebe, former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, as he marks his 67th birthday, celebrating him as an outstanding statesman, unifier, and one of the Niger Delta’s most prominent political figures.
