Chief Press Secretary to the Delta State Governor, Sir Festus Ahon, has sent warm felicitations to the Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Prof. Emmanuel Ufuofu-Biri, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Ahon described Prof. Ufuofu-Biri as a distinguished scholar and administrator whose commitment to academic excellence, institutional growth and human capital development has left a strong mark on the polytechnic.
The governor’s spokesperson commended the Rector for his purposeful and steady leadership at the institution, noting that his wealth of experience and dedication have played a key role in the growth, stability and progress recorded at the Oghara campus.
According to Ahon, the celebration of the Rector’s birth anniversary offers an opportunity to acknowledge his contributions to the advancement of education in Delta State and to appreciate his service to the polytechnic community.
He expressed confidence that Prof. Ufuofu-Biri would continue to deploy his expertise to further reposition the institution and contribute meaningfully to the educational and overall development agenda of the state.
Ahon prayed for more years of good health, wisdom and fulfillment for the Rector, asking God to bless him abundantly and grant him greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
