The PDP claims that the APC’s actions led to the political crisis that pushed Fubara out of the party.

The PDP accused the APC of using its influence to destabilize the party in Rivers State and force Fubara’s defection.

The PDP condemned the APC’s actions, stating that they pose a serious threat to Nigeria’s democracy.

The PDP expressed pity for Fubara, stating that his troubles were self-inflicted and that he had willingly taken the path that led to his current predicament.

The PDP warned that the APC’s actions threaten Nigeria’s democracy and could lead to a one-party system.

The party accused the APC of engaging in electoral authoritarianism and constricting the political space.

Fubara formally defected to the APC, citing the party’s support and protection as reasons for his decision.

The defection has significant implications for the political landscape in Rivers State and the country at large.

The PDP’s reaction highlights the intense political rivalry between the two parties and the challenges facing Nigeria’s democracy.
