A Kokori-born politician of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Patience Echero has described the emergence of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori as governor of Delta State a divine intervention
The PDP Chieftain, a one-time House of Assembly aspirant from Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State explained that Sheriff administration will usher in great fortunes across the 25 Local Government Areas of the state
This was contained in a statement made available to press on Thursday while reacting to the recent appointment made by Governor Oborevwori .
She noted that appointments made so far by the governor is apt as the calibre of persons appointed as Secretary to the State Government, (SSG), Chief of Staff and Chief press secretary including the principal Secretary are all reliable hands that have been tested and trusted with special reference to their antecedents.
The former House of assembly aspirant expressed appreciation to the people of Ethiope East for believing in the candidature of Rt. Hon Sheriff Oberovwori and standing solidly behind him before, during, and after the 2023 general election.
Echero assured Deltans that Governor Oborevwori who has undergone the tutelage of governance and renowned legislator will put to bear his wealth of knowledge and experiences to ensure equitable distribution of human and infrastructural development across the three senatorial districts of Delta State.
The Kokori-born politician and technocrat however called on the people of Delta State across the 25 Local Government Areas of the state to support the administration of the newly sworn in Governor in all ramification to enable him actualize the M.O.R.E Agenda programme as promised during his campaign period.
