The Special Senior Assistant Senator on media to Senator Joel-Onowakpo, Oviri Kelvin has disclosed some of the significant strides his Boss in Delta South Senatorial District since his inauguration on June 13, 2023.
The SSA explained that the Senator has demonstrated a tenacious desire to redefine the prospects of Delta South Senatorial District despite being a first-term lawmaker.

– Sponsored the ‘Bill for an Act of Establishment of the Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko’, which was signed into law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Establishment of the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Patani.
Establishment of the School of Fisheries and Aquatic Studies, Emede.
Establishment of the Federal Polytechnic, Bomadi.
Establishment of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Ode-Itsekiri
Establishment of the Oil and Gas Content Development Institute, Emede
Establishment of the Federal Oil and Gas Hospital, Benikrukru
He also stated that he has made significant impact across boar.
According to him, Senator Joel-Onowakpo Influenced projects in all local government areas in Delta South, facilitated life-changing opportunities for constituents, demonstrated a deep sense of responsibility and passion to right the wrongs compounded over time
