The wife of Bomadi Local Government Chairman, Hon. Rejoice Andaye, recently played host to the wives of Delta State’s local government chairmen at a monthly prayer meeting and fellowship event.

The gathering, held at the Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Multipurpose Event Centre in Bomadi, brought together the first ladies to discuss ways to promote peace, unity, and development in DeltaS tate and its local government areas.

n his address, Bomadi Local Government Council Chairman, Hon. Dagidi Andaye, praised the first ladies for their tireless efforts in supporting their husbands and communities.

He acknowledged the crucial role they play in maintaining peace and stability and pledged his commitment to supporting initiatives that improve the lives of their constituents.

The Coordinator of the women’s group, Mrs. Ella Chukwunwike, wife of Aniocha South Local Government Chairman, expressed gratitude to Hon. Dagidi Andaye and Hon. Rejoice Andaye for hosting the event.

She highlighted the importance of the meetings in fostering unity and supporting state leadership through prayer.

Other dignitaries, including Mrs. Efechukwu Whiwarior, wife of Ika South Local Government Chairman,also spoke, praising Hon. Dagidi Andaye for his development efforts in Bomadi and praying for his continued success.

In her remarks, Hon. Rejoice Andaye thanked the chairpersons for their participation, emphasizing the impact of their prayers in bringing blessings and peace to Delta State and its local governments.

The monthly fellowship, which rotates among the 25 local government areas, aims to promote unity, mutual support, and spiritual growth among the first ladies.
