The Delta Online Publishers Forum, DOPF, has joined well-wishers to celebrate the Delta State Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Hon. Charles Aniagwu, on his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory letter addressed to the Commissioner and jointly signed by its Chairman, Emmanuel Enebeli and Secretary, Shedrack Onitsha, the Forum described Aniagwu as an articulate, knowledgeable, accessible and media-friendly public officer who has brought depth and clarity to public service.
The Forum said the Commissioner has distinguished himself through his dedication to the growth and development of Delta State and his clear appreciation of the critical place of effective communication in driving governance.
According to DOPF, Aniagwu has demonstrated exceptional capacity in breaking down government policies and programmes for public understanding, providing timely clarifications on matters of public interest and engaging various stakeholders in a manner that has deepened citizens’ understanding of government activities and intentions.
The body of online publishers also lauded the Commissioner for sustaining a cordial, open and respectful relationship with members of the media, especially the online publishing community in the state.

It observed that his accessibility,q responsivenqqess and readiness to engage journalists at all times have fostered constructive engagement and healthy dialogue between the government and the media.
The Forum further noted that his recognition and respect for online journalism as a vital tool for public enlightenment, information dissemination and development deserves commendation.
The Forum expressed particular gratitude for the relationship the Commissioner has built with DOPF as a body, stressing that his consistent engagement and partnership approach with its members have helped nurture an atmosphere of mutual respect, open dialogue and productive collaboration between the online media constituency and the Delta State Government.
While celebrating him, DOPF prayed for good health, increased wisdom, renewed strength and many more years of impactful service to Delta State and to humanity.
The Forum also prayed that God Almighty will continue to bless and protect him and his family, and grant him greater opportunities to contribute to the advancement and development of the state.
