A poignant atmosphere of grief and solidarity enveloped Sapele as friends, family, and dignitaries gathered to bid farewell to the late Joko Williams Omatsuli, beloved brother of Engr. Tuoyo Omatsuli, a distinguished Nigerian civil engineer and former Executive Director of Projects at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
