DTHA: Chief Arthur Akpowowo Is a Reliable Material ~ Patience Echero.

The woman leader of the Atagbuwe community executives in Kokori, Patience Echero has described the newly elected Deputy Speaker of the Delta House of Assembly (DTHA) 8th Assembly, Chief Arthur Akpowowo as a grassroots political expert who would deliver to his constituents dividend of democracy.
Patience Echero, a chieftain of the People Democratic Party, PDP, from Ethiope East Local Government Area, Patience Echero who congratulated Chief Akpowowo on his emergence as the Deputy Speaker and member representing Ethiope East State constituency said she is fulfilled that the Deputy Speaker has broken the jinx of opposition in Ethiope East which has lingered for over 16 years.
The former house of Assembly aspirant who commended Chief Arthur victory said his (Chief Arthur Akpowowo) ability to “wrestle” power from the opposition party was depended on his capability, charisma , and grassroot political experience.
She assured the deputy speaker that the people of Ethiope East people will give him their total support in the new assignment given to him.
She also use this opportunity to congratulate all the DTHA members across the 25 LGAs of Delta State .
The Atagbuwe woman leader seized the medium to appreciate His Excellency Governor Sheriff. Oborevwori for his vast knowledge and experience in ensuring that the 8th Assembly proclamation was a huge success for the smooth take-off of the M.O.R.E Agenda programme
