The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) is thrilled to announce and wholeheartedly congratulate the esteemed Professor, Presly Obukoadata on his appointment as Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC), Academics, of the Southern Delta University, Ozoro, Delta State.

Mr.Ehvwubare Oghenekparobo, Professor Obukoadata is hailed as an exceptional scholar, a highly respected academic, and a distinguished intellectual whose tireless contributions to the realms of education and media development have been truly invaluable.
The Forum acknowledges Professor Obukoadata’s impressive wealth of experience and outstanding academic excellence, which have garnered recognition within and beyond the academic community.

Mr. Ehvwubare recalls Professor Obukoadata’s impactful engagement with DOPF members during the 2025 Annual Convention, where he delivered enlightening lectures on media entrepreneurship, equipping participants with practical knowledge and strategies for growth in the digital publishing space.
