RERO TV, a prominent online media platform in Delta State, is set to celebrate its 5th anniversary on August 13, 2025, with a grand event at the Wetland Event Centre in Sapele.

The news outfit has grown into a trusted news outlet, promoting local development and amplifying community voices.
The celebration will bring together media professionals, traditional leaders, and community stakeholders, with notable guests including Okakuro Dr. Anthony Aghogho Owumi and His Royal Majesty, Udurhie I, Ph.D.
Human rights activist, Comrade Lucky Ighoyota will deliver the keynote address, focusing on the role of local media in driving inclusive development.
RERO TV will also honour selected NGOs with special awards for their contributions to social justice and community empowerment. CEO Mr. Akporero Henry expressed gratitude to supporters, citing the platform’s journey as a testament to faith, sacrifice, and community power.
The event is open to the public and scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM.
