The bond between the families of Pastor Dickson Atigolo of Ebokiti, Warri North, Delta State, and Mr. and Mrs. Olanrewaju Shokeye of Igbore, Abeokuta, Ogun State, was further strengthened as their children, Sophia and Moses, exchanged marital vows at the Redeemed Christian Church of God – Messiah Parish, nestled in the serene community of Magboro, Ogun State, Nigeria.”
The heartwarming marriage ceremony started with the traditional marriage rites according to Ebokiti, Warri North, Delta State, at the Bride family compound in Magboro.
It was soul-stirring wedding ceremony two love “birds” Sophia and Moses, in the sacred bond of marriage.
Sophia, the beautiful daughter of Pastor and Mrs. Dickson Deborah Atigolo and Moses, the handsome son of Mr. and Mrs. Olanrewaju exchanged vows in a ceremony that was a testament to their love and commitment to each other.
The officiating pastor, in his inspiring sermon, emphasized the importance of tolerance, mutual respect, patience, and love in marriage.
He advised the couple to hold on to God for guidance throughout their marital journey.
The Pastor reminded them that marriage is a sacred institution established by God adding that their union is a covenant with Him.
The pastor’s words were a gentle reminder to the couple of the importance of building a strong foundation in their relationship, one that is rooted in love, trust, and faith.
The most poignant moment of the ceremony was when Sophia and Moses took their marital vows, exchanging promises to love and cherish each other for the rest of their lives.
They were joined in holy matrimony with the Bible, symbolizing their union with Christ and their covenant with God.
The couple then signed their marriage certificate, making their union legally recognized.
The congregation erupted in cheers and applause as the couple was presented to them as newly wed husband and wife.

The wedding party then proceeded to a reception venue with tastefully decorated filled with Captains of industry with various styles of elegant outfits particularly with colors purple, pink, and gold dominating the arena.

The parents of the bride and groom were invited to the high table, where they danced with joy, beaming with pride and happiness.
Finally, the moment of the grand entry of the newest couple arrived, Sophia and Moses were ushered in by their bridal train, looking radiant and happy.
The groomsmen and bridesmaids played several games to spice up the occasion, as organized by the master of ceremony.
The couple made a second grand entry, showcasing their calculated dance moves, and fed each other wedding cake, symbolizing their commitment to take care of each other.
The atmosphere was filled with love and excitement as the couple shared special moments with their parents.
The chairman of the occasion, Pastor Seun Oduntan,
gave a heartfelt and inspiring speech reminded the couple of the importance of building a strong foundation in their relationship and encouraged them to hold on to God for guidance.

The President of the Pacesetter Lagos State University alumni group, to which the father of the bride belongs, Hon. Ohafugor Victor, gave an insight into the group’s mission and values which is to be there for each at the times of needs.
He praised the father of the bride for fostering unity among members.
