Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has congratulated High Chief Dr. Matt Offeh, a renowned businessman and philanthropist, on his 60th birthday, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the economic growth and social transformation of the Niger Delta, particularly the Isoko nation.
The Governor praised Offeh’s leadership in various enterprises, including Lesoda Oil & Gas Company Limited, Lesoda Farms, and Peoples Concept Nigeria Limited, which have created employment opportunities and stimulated economic activities in the region.
