Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Tompolo has congratulated Mele Kyari, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, on his 60th birthday. Tompolo praised Kyari’s transformation of NNPCL, noting his patriotic and nationalistic zeal in putting Nigeria on the path to sustainable growth and development. He specifically commended Kyari for reviving two of the nation’s refineries in Warri and Port-Harcourt, unlocking a total refining capacity of 117,000 barrels per day.
Tompolo also appreciated Kyari’s efforts in curbing crude oil theft and sabotage, and his involvement of non-state actors, including TANTITA, in policing oil pipelines. He acknowledged Kyari’s role in increasing crude oil production from 600,000 barrels per day to 1.8 million barrels per day.
Tompolo renewed Tantita’s commitment to partnering with NNPCL to raise crude oil production and wished Kyari long life, robust health, and continued success in nation-building.
