The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has announced Associate Professor of Accounting, Dr. Ochuko Emudainohwo, as the guest speaker for its 6th Annual Lecture.

The event is scheduled for November 27, 2025, at David’s Event Centre in Asaba, starting at 11:00 a.m.

Dr. Emudainohwo, a renowned scholar and professional accountant, is currently an Associate Professor at Dennis Osadebay University (DOU) in Asaba.

He has a strong background in academic leadership, research, and service to the accounting community.

With a PhD in Accounting from the University of Glasgow, UK, and various degrees from the University of Lagos, Dr. Emudainohwo has published numerous research papers on topics such as taxation, financial governance, and public sector accountability.

The Planning Committee is confident that Dr. Emudainohwo’s lecture will offer valuable insights on the 2025 theme, “Nigeria’s New Tax Law: Implications and Opportunities for Businesses and Society.”

The event will feature a panel of discussants and is expected to attract high-profile attendees, including the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori.
