Comrade Mulade Sheriff, a prominent advocate for peace and development has urged Delta State Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to focus on industrialization and projects that create jobs for the state’s youth.

As a respected environmental activist and UN Peace Ambassador, Mulade emphasized the need for bold economic strategies to transform Delta’s economy during a press conference in Asaba

He stressed the need for the government to adopt bold economic strategies capable of transforming the state’s economic landscape.

Comrade suggested initiatives like launching Delta Airways, citing Enugu State’s recent launch of Enugu Airlines as an example.

The environmentalist encouraged the governor to prioritize job creation, industrialization, and economic growth, warning that the state’s current policies may discourage investment and entrepreneurship.

He stressed that economic empowerment is key to peace and security, urging the governor to adopt a more inclusive approach to economic planning and prioritize industrialization to unlock Delta’s full potential.
