A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Patience Echero has faulted what she described as  unskilled operational conduct of NDLEA officials that led to the death of a two year old Ivan Omorhiakogbe at Okpanam in Asaba the Delta State capital.

Echero who is a grassroots mobilizer from Kokori Ethiope East LGA however used the medium to appreciate the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori for his swift response and humanitarian concern towards the death of Ivan and the entire Omorhiakogbe family.

The PDP chieftain appealed to the authorities in charge to thoroughly investigate the death of Ivan and put in place stringent measures to prevent the future occurrence of such ugly incidents.

The PDP stalwart, who made this call in Effurun the headquarters of Uvwie LGA on Monday, seized the opportunity to appeal to Deltans to support the M.O.R.E agenda of Governor Oborevwori to enable him deliver to the people dividend of democracy across the 25LGAs of Delta State.
