A Chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Delta state, Olorogun Taleb Tebite, has called on members of “Takeover 2023 Group” to vote the party in various positions in the forthcoming the general elections.
He gave the charge during a meeting of the Takeover 2023 Group at his residence in GRA, Effurun, Delta state.
Olorogun Tebite who made this call while addressing the group, said the Group’s commitment and sacrifices for the party was appreciated by the leadership of the party and promised to continue to provide material support for the activities of the Takeover Group, just as he advised them to ensure that the party wins massively across-board in their various localities.
“I want to charge you all to put in your best to ensure that PDP wins outrightly, not only in your units, but also your wards and various Local Government Areas.
“I assure you that the Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa will deeply appreciate your unalloyed commitment to the party’s victory at the polls come February 25th & March 11th, 2023”.

Olorogun Tebite however thanked the Takeover Group which consisted of party leaders, youths and elders for honouring the consultative parley.
Earlier, Chief Dr. Matthew Kwode, Executive Assistant to the Governor and leader of the Takeover 2023 Group; Mr. Johnbull Kenairu, SSA to the Governor; Mr. Jeda Ogaga, Hon. Robina Omoko, SSA to the Governor and Mr. Happy Oharisi, Cordinator of Takeover 2023 Group in Ughelli North Local Government Area who spoke in same vein promised on behalf of those present to work for the victory of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Governor IfeanyI Okowa as President and Vice President respectively; Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori and Sir. Monday Onyeme as Governor and Deputy Governor respectively and other PDP candidates.
High point of the meeting was a vote of confidence on the leadership of Olorogun Taleb Tebite by party leaders present in recognition of his selfless contribution to the growth, unity and development of the party.
