The Nigeria Maritime University (NMU) has announced the appointment of Dr. Paul Bebenimibo as its new Registrar, along with two other principal officers to key administrative positions.
The appointments were made during the university’s 21st Governing Council meeting held in Warri, Delta State, on April 15, 2025.
*The New Appointees:*
– *Dr. Paul Bebenimibo*: Registrar – Previously Head of Department of Broadcasting, Journalism and Media Studies at Delta State University, Abraka.
– *Abduldayan Fatimah Jibril*: University Librarian
– *Gbe Tamaraudebaemi Justin*: Bursar
According to the Chairman and Pro-Chancellor of the Governing Council, Abdullahi Bardi, the appointments were made following a rigorous selection process and in accordance with the university’s statutory regulations. Bardi expressed confidence that the appointees’ wealth of experience and professionalism would significantly contribute to the university’s growth and development
